Ozakism: たまには食後にも

天気：晴れ
距離：辰巳の森海浜公園外周 2周＋往復（約8km）
時間：00:39:59（5:08、5:16、4:42、4:33、4:26、4:42、5:55、5:12）
気温：11.0度（推定）

会社帰りに松屋によって帰宅。
22:00、食後で満腹だが走ることにする。
長ズボンは洗濯中、ということで今宵は短パン＋長袖Tシャツ＋ウインドブレーカーで出陣。
1kmを超えた辺りで暑くなってくる。
上着を腰に巻く。

昨日TVで少し見た駅伝をイメージしながら、腰の位置を下げ、背筋を伸ばし、顎を引き、歩幅を小さくしながらピッチを上げて走ってみる。
意外に早く走れてビックリ。
そのうち息が切れてきて、いつもの走り方に戻す。
最後はバテバテで、仕舞いには腹痛を催す始末。
まだまだ練習が足りないなぁ･･･
