Ozakism: 皇居まで自転車で行く

距離：皇居三周（約15km）

今日は自転車で皇居まで。
天気もよく、ご機嫌である。

本日は初の桜田門をスタート地点に。
自転車を近くに縛り、準備体操開始。
14:30、食後のため胃が少し重いが何とかスタート。
（何と、本日は膝サポータなし）

前半は良いペースで進むも、二周目以降は下の数字からも明らかなように、バテバテ。
特に、竹橋から続く上り坂のペースの落ちが著しい（給水時間を含めても遅い！）。
当分は30秒/100m、5分/1kmのペースを維持できるようにしたい。
