最近どうも動きが激しい会社

今朝の日経の記事を見て思ったこと。

最近、Yahoo!の動きが妙に活発化しているように感じるのは私だけでしょうか？
昨年ブログ関連の参入を巡っては、大企業病でスピードが劣ってきた、みたいなコメントを耳に
していただけに、この変化には何か裏があるのでは？と、ついつい想像してしまいます。

例えば、
楽天、Livedoor、GMOなどの動きに危機感を感じ始めた・・・
Yahoo! Inc.との力関係が大幅に変わった・・・
スゴ腕の社員が入社した・・・

何れにせよ、検索（ポータル）マーケットのリーダーが長い眠りから覚めたわけですから、
チャレンジャー、フォロアー、ニッチャーである他の各社（あえて競合各社とは書かない）も、
気持ちを入れ替え戦略を練り直す必要がありますね。

以上のように書いてみたものの、少し見方が変わってきた。
Y!の動きが早いのではなく、他の会社の動きが遅すぎるだけなのかも知れないな、と。
唯一、国内勢では共鳴がガンバっているものの、如何せんパブリシティーが下手すぎて、
一般ユーザーはおろかグループ内にもメッセージが伝わってないからなぁ・・・。

　
　
「ヤフーが音楽配信に参入、レーベルゲートと提携」

　ヤフーは2月中にも音楽配信サービスに参入する。配信最大手のレーベルゲート（東京・港）と提携、ポータル（玄関）サイトでレコード39社の楽曲約7万3000曲を1曲当たり158―368円で販売する。利用者は楽曲データをパソコンなどにダウンロードして楽しめる。手軽に購入手続きができる手法も導入、幅広い顧客層の利用を見込む。月間利用者数約4000万人の国内最大のポータルと配信最大手が組むことで、音楽配信の普及が加速しそうだ。
　新サービスは「Ｙａｈｏｏ！ミュージック　ダウンロード」。国内大手レコード会社17社が出資するレーベルゲートが楽曲データを提供し、ヤフーが販売窓口と決済を担当する。
