大穀の塩ラーメン

昼食時、
今日は少し寒いので温かいものを、
ということで、
会社のすぐ近く、
いつも気にはなっていたものの、
一度も足を踏み入れたことの無かったラーメン屋の暖簾をくぐってみた。

狭い店内には数名が待っており、素直に後ろに並ぶ。
中国人らしき店員さんから「注文は？」
と聞かれたものの、メニューが良く見えないので同僚から聞いていた通り
「塩」と答える。
5分ほどで席が空き、着席すると2分程度で注文の品が出てきた。

具には野菜とミンチの炒めものが。
そして、とりあえずスープを一口。

「激旨！」

塩でサッパリしているのに鶏系の嫌味の無いコクがありマジで旨い。
しかも、麺、具との相性も最高。
その店の名は「大穀(だいこく )」。

これまで塩系のラーメンだと、本駒込駅の近くにある「兆徳」のとりそば、
（決して高級なお店ではないものの、余りにも美味しいので、本当に
気の合う人にしか教えない秘密の場所。って公開してしまった･･･）
以外には考えられまい、とまで思っていたが、味の方向性は随分
違うものの、ここ（大穀）もありかな？
（球種に例えると、「兆徳」はスローカーブ、「大穀」は直球）

ただ、次回注文する時は「味（塩）薄め」でお願いしたい。
（薄味好きにはちょいと塩辛かったので。）
これから夏になるけど、寒い時の方がより美味しく味わえると思います。
